Since 2023, I have provided ongoing design and production leadership for Global Citizen Now Summit and Award Show, helping execute live event environments that align with the organization’s mission, messaging, and visual identity. My involvement has spanned spatial planning, scenic design, material sourcing, fabrication coordination, and on-site installation management, delivering impactful stage environments and branded vignettes for televised live events. A key challenge across these productions was orchestrating complete set transformations within highly compressed timelines — including a 45-minute venue turnover — which required the development of modular, lightweight, and rapidly deployable scenic components to ensure seamless transitions between programs. By balancing technical problem-solving with experiential storytelling, I helped create dynamic environments that elevated the audience experience while meeting the operational demands of live broadcast production.
